You can save time and expedite your first visit by downloading and completing the forms in our “New Patient Package” at home. Simply hand the forms to our receptionist at check-in. Also, remember to bring your insurance card and an ID with you to your first appointment.
On your first visit, Dr. Gehani will review your medical and dental histories, evaluate your orthodontic condition and may take a series of diagnostic x-rays. We will explain your orthodontic condition and advise you of your treatment options. We will be more than happy to answer any questions you might have.
